We believe women deserve a life they actually designed.

Too many women are doing everything right — investing in themselves, showing up for others, building careers and families and communities — and still feeling like they are reacting to life rather than authoring it.

That gap between self-knowledge and lived reality is what this research is about.

Why this matters

The personal development industry is worth billions. Women are its most engaged participants. Yet the tools available today are fragmented, episodic, and rarely connect with one another. Insights from therapy don't align with goals from coaching. Values explored in a journal never make it into a calendar. The result is a kind of chronic disconnection between who a woman knows herself to be and how she actually spends her days.

This is not a personal failure. It is a structural gap. And it has never been properly measured.

What we are doing about it

The 2026 Women's Creative Agency Report is the first independent global study dedicated to mapping this gap — across geographies, life stages, cultures, and transitions.

We are asking women around the world to tell us, honestly, how much agency they feel over their own lives. The findings will be published openly, freely, and in full — as a resource for women, researchers, organisations, and anyone working to build better systems of support.

Any woman who has ever felt the distance between who she is and how she lives. Any woman navigating a transition, recovering from burnout, or simply wondering why clarity feels so hard to hold onto.

Your 5 minutes will contribute to something that outlasts this survey.
